For a good night’s sleep, it’s important to choose a quilt that suits your body temperature. Some people appreciate a warm and heavy quilt while others prefer a cool and light one.





















Our fibre quilts are available in three warmth levels so you can find the one that suits you best. It’s common to use the same quilt all year round, but it’s actually best to alternate between a summer and a winter quilt. That way you won’t freeze in winter and sweat in the summer. All our quilts are made of microfibre, which gives the same fluffy and lovely feel as down but is also hypoallergenic. To sleep well, whatever the season, it’s important to choose the right quilt based on your body temperature. Choose a cooler one for hot summer nights. Of course, if you tend to get hot during the night, you can use a cooler version in autumn and winter too. Choose heat rating medium if you find that you neither get hot nor cold during the night. In winter, you may need something warmer and a thick quilt is ideal.
